These terms govern your use of Visualeez, operated by Workseez ("we", "us"), Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

Visualeez generates animated infographics and related visuals from templates and the topics or prompts you provide. Features, templates, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Subscriptions & credits

Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed through our payment partners (currently Razorpay).
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

Your content & ownership

You retain ownership of the topics, prompts, and brand assets you provide.
Subject to these terms and your plan, you own the designs you generate and may use them commercially.
You grant us the licence needed to host, process, and display your content in order to run the service.
Templates remain our property; you may not resell or redistribute them as templates.

Acceptable use

Don't use Visualeez to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service; don't abuse credits or circumvent plan limits. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance. You may close your account at any time.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Kharagpur, West Bengal, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Questions: support@visualeez.com
