This policy explains how Visualeez ("we", "us"), operated by Workseez, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use visualeez.com and the Visualeez service.

Information we collect

Account data — name, email address, and authentication data, processed via our authentication provider (Neon).
Content you create — topics, prompts, brand assets, and the designs you generate, stored so we can provide the service.
Billing data — subscription and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment partners (currently Razorpay); we never store your card, UPI, or bank details.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and device/browser information, collected to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
To process subscriptions, credits, and payments.
To respond to support requests.
To send service-related notices (billing, security, changes to terms).

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in sessions and site operation — these do not require consent. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics 4 (cookies beginning with _ga) to understand how the site is used; nothing is stored until you accept the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run Visualeez: Razorpay (payments), Neon (database and authentication), and our hosting providers. If we add further payment providers, this list will be updated. Each processes data under its own safeguards and only on our instructions.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your account data and designs while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will action it within 30 days except where the law requires us to retain records (e.g. invoices).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDP Act), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise them, email us at the address below.
