Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Subscription refunds

• If something went wrong — you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable — contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
• Renewal charges after an unused period may be refunded at our discretion if you contact us promptly.
• Partial periods are generally not refunded on voluntary cancellation.

Credit top-ups

Unused credit top-ups can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have been spent on generations are non-refundable, since compute costs are incurred at generation time.

How to request a refund

Email support@visualeez.com from your account email with the charge date and amount. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay (typically 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank and payment method).
